  • 6pm – Grill out: Burgers, Brats, Chips and Drink
  • 7pm – Watermelon Feed
  • 8pm – Spencer Municipal Band Concert
  • 8:45pm – Flag Ceremony featuring the Spencer VFW, American Legion and the Avenue of Flags
  • 9pm – Local Talent
  • 10pm – FIREWORKS!!!
